    I bought a Boba Tumbler for my daughter as a surprise when I saw it in a Washington Post article. It looked really nice. Well when it arrived it was in broken pieces. My daughter sent me a picture and I emailed Betty Boba right away. I heard back a few hours later and was told a new tumbler would be on the way. I got follow up emails with shipping info. The second tumbler arrived all intact and my daughter loved it! Thanks for a great experience. Even in the busy holiday season I did not slip through the cracks. I would highly recommend this company, especially being a small business. Awesome!

    Too heavy. The jar looks like it should have a screw top but there was none provided. The straw is too large. Should be more slender.

    Thanks for the feedback Diana. We love the thickness/durability of the glass, and understand if some may think it's too heavy - it's actually the same weight as a standard mason jar! :) Additionally, it will fit a wide mouth mason jar lid, which if you have one feel free to use it. Lastly, the straw is wider so that the boba pearls can easily be slurped up for boba lovers! Thanks for supporting my small business! -Betty
